(E-6), Army, Bright in accordance with Mil-DTL-14639E dated 14 June 1999 and Mil-DTL-14639/5G-2 dated 1 Oct 1998. I/A/W Drawing B-13-12 dated 20 April 1993 and B-13-5 Dated July 30, 1993. Quantity 100,000 PR. First delivery 165 days after date of award; two delivery destinations as follows: New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002 and Phoenix, AZ 85009-4729. 8 deliveries beginning 165 days after date of award. Three (3) First Article Samples required 65 days after date of award. Past procurement history: International Insignia Corp @$ .47 qty 35,000 prs. BUY AMERICAN ACT APPLIES. All material to be furnished by the contractor. Copies of this solicitation will be made available on the DLA Procurement Gateway on or before February 6, 2002. Availability of solicitations, FAR 5.102(d) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations in paper form. Offeror should register to receive notification of this solicitation. Copies of this solicitation can be found on the DLA Procurement Gateway (Gateway) at http://progate.daps.mil/home after (February 6, 2002). From the Gateway home page, select ?Search RFQs? from the left-hand sidebar. Then choose the RFQ you wish to view. In addition, you can enter DSCP C&T FSCs and NSNs to receive notification of RFQs. The Gateway will send all registered users an e-mail notification of RFQ solicitations based on your FSC and NSN profile. The FSC and NSN notifications will also contain a link that can connect users directly to a digital copy of the solicitation on the Internet.
