NSN: 8455-00-370-5868, YPT02009000006, Insignia, Cap and Hat, Enlisted Personnel, Female, Navy, in accordance with MIL-I-17988C Dated 25 June 1990; I/A/W Mil-I-17988/5C dated 25 June 1990. Quantity 75,000 EA. First delivery 165 days after date of award; two delivery destinations as follows: Phoenix, AZ 85009-4729 and New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002. 6 deliveries beginning 165 days after date of award. Three (3) each First Article Samples required 65 days after date of award. Past Procurement history, International Insignia Corp., dated 30 October 2001 @ $1.32 each qty 20,000 ea. BUY AMERICAN ACT APPLIES Government Loaned propery HUB provided. All material to be furnished by the contractor. Copies of this solicitation will be made availabale on the DLA procurement Gateway on or before February 6, 2002. Availability of solicitations, FAR 5.102(d) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations in paper form. Offeror should register to receive notification of this solicitation. Copies of this solicitation can be found on the DLA Procurement Gateway (Gateway) at http://progate.daps.mil/home after (February 6, 2002). From the Gateway home page, select ?Search RFQs? from the left-hand sidebar. Then choose the RFQ you wish to view. In addition, you can enter DSCP C&T FSCs and NSNs to receive notification of RFQs. The Gateway will send all registered users an e-mail notification of RFQ solicitations based on your FSC and NSN profile. The FSC and NSN notifications will also contain a link that can connect users directly to a digital copy of the solicitation on the Internet.
