- Tube Assembly, Metal; YPC01289000425; NSN 4710-01-454-3205. I/A/W drawing number CN-01-454-3205 (Defense Supply Center Columbus Cage 16236) and drawing number 323843 (Naval Air Warfare Center Cage 80020). Quantity of 1900 each to be delivered to DDSP New Cumberland Facility, New Cumberland, PA within 150 days after date of contract and quantity of 1900 each to be delivered to Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, San Diego, CA within 150 days after date of contract. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of 10 February 2002 at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. Availability of drawings. It is impracticable to distribute the applicable drawings with the solicitation. The applicable drawings are available at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. If the drawings are not posted at this web site, see Clause L07 - Availability of Drawings for information on how to obtain the drawings. Federal, Military and Commercial specifications cannot be provided by DSCC. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
