- The solicitation issue date is corrected from March 4, 2002 to Feb 1, 2002. NSN: 4730-00-585-8437 PR: YPC01330000934 Coupling Half, Quick Disconnect. Purchase I/A/W AeroControlex Group P/N 6520-772034. Deliver 82 each, FOB destination to Tinker AFB, OK 73145-9013. Deliver by 75 days after date of award. Inspection and Acceptance at origin. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See note 26. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp on its issue date of March 4, 2002 (**corrected to read 1 Feb 2002). Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. This solicitation is not set aside for small business, however the small business size standard is 1000 employees. The government does not possess complete unrestricted data, therefore specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Item is purchased I/A/W the only known manufacturer's part number. Proposed procurement contains a 25% option for increased quantities. This is an unrestricted acquisition. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
