- WANTED TO LEASE OFFICE SPACE TO THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT The United States Government is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 4,002 rentable square feet within the corporate city limits of Benton, Illinois. The space should yield approximately 3,480 to 4,200 usable square feet of space. One (1) reserved parking space is required. Boundaries: East/West: Main Street from DuQuoin Street on the West to Frisco Street on the East. North/South: Main Street from Webster Street on the South to Washington Street on the North. Expressions of interest should be received by January 29, 2002, reference Solicitation For Offers Number GS-05B-17038 and include the following: 1. Building name and address 2. Rentable square feet and rentable rate per square foot 3. Method of measure used to determine rentable square feet 4.
