- N68950-02-Q-3211, Heating Ventilating & Air Conditioning Maintenance at the Naval & Marine Corps Reserve Center in St. Paul Minnesota. This solicitation will be issued as a performance contract, best value basis with technical and price proposals required. Technical proposals will be evaluated on the factors listed in the solicitation. Work includes provisions of necessary labor, transportation, materials, supplies, equipment, and supervision for the maintenance of the heating, ventilating, air condition and associated equipment as spelled out in the solicitation package, complete and ready for use. This proposed contract listed here is issued as a Small Business Set-aside procurement. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 561790 Other Services to Buildings and Dwellings. The Small Business Size Standard is $5 Million. Approximate release date is January 15, 2002, with proposals being due January 25, 2002 at 4:00 p.m. local time, Crane, Indiana. This RFQ will be released via the Internet. All prospective offerors and plan rooms must be registered on the website. This RFQ will be available for viewing and downloading at http://www.esol.navfac.navy.mil. The official planholders list will be maintained and can be printed from the website only. Amendments will be posted on the website for downloading. This will normally be the only method of distributing amendments, therefore, IT IS THE OFFEROR'S RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THE WEB SITE PERIODICALLY FOR ANY AMENDMENTS TO THIS RFQ.
