- NA SYNOPSIS W813LR12358001A IS HEREBY AMENDED TO READ: The government intends to acquire the following equipment and options in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Tektronix AWG520 Arbitrary Waveform Generator, 1GS, 2CH, Quantity of one (1) each; Tektronix AWG520 03 Add Ch2 DB out, 10 Bit Chain 2 Data Generator, Quantity of one (1) each; Tektronix AWG520 IS Wavewriter Software, Quantity of one (1). The acquisition is being made on the basis of Sole Make and Model, and no ?or equals? will be accepted. The Tektronix AWG520 is the only waveform generator that meets the Government?s frequency requirements and is compatible with existing Tektronix hardware and software. Quotes for reconditioned equipment will be accepted, as long as the y include a manufacturer?s same as new warranty. Required delivery is 6 weeks after award, F.O.B. Destination, Fort Monmouth, NM, 07703. The following provisions and clauses apply: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offers Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3, Off eror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions ? Commercial Items and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders?Commercial Items (in paragraph (b) the following clauses apply: FAR 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, and 52.225-13); and DFARS 52.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items (DFA RS 252.225-7001). Commercial Items must be submitted with quote. Award will be made to the technically acceptable, low price offeror.
