Contractor shall perform local drayage services of government-owned unaccompanied personnel furniture and appliances, Island of Oahu, Hawaii. This procurement is a 100 percent small business set-aside. A firm is considered to be a small business if its aver age annual gross receipts for the past three years do not exceed $18.5 million.
