- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation DAKF06-02-T-0013 is under simplified Acquisitio n Procedures FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested. 2.
