Pron: AX245987AX, NSN: 1260-01-257-469 7, PN: 1D54253 -1, Quantity 63 min/150 max each for a three year requirement applicable to the OH-58D Aircraft. F.O. B. Destination with deliveries to Texarkana, TX, New Cumberland, PA and Stockton, CA. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Go vernment has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling and manufacturing restrictions. 'By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. Small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.' The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing dated stated above. Required delivery when First Article is due 36 each 225 Days After Contract Award and 10 each month thereafter until complete. First Article Test Report is due 138 Days After Contract Award. Required Delivery when First Article is not re quired is 36 each 150 Days After Contract Award and 10 each month thereafter until complete. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency.
