- NA Slide Assembly, Rear NSN 1005-01-251-9690, Part Number 12597048. This item to procure is an assembly of manufactured parts consisting of Slide P/N 12597049; 2-Catch P/N 12597050 2-Pin, Straight Headless P/N 12597052; Spring, Catch P/N 12597051. Note: Ca tch material requirements calls out alternate material to be manufactured from bar stock. This plt is compiled using an investment casting as called out for in Note 2 Section B of print material requirements. Any award resulting from this solicitation wi ll be a 5 year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with a guaranteed minimum quantity of 1,300 AY. FOB is Destination. For use on the M240 Machine Gun. The response date listed above is just an estimate of when the solicitation will issue. P roposed contract is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Offerors are hereby notified of the following requirement: In order to receive the technical data package, all offerors are required to execute a No-Disclosure and Non-Use Agreement binding each offeror to the terms and conditions of the agreement. Copies of the Non-Disclosure and Non-Use Agreement may be found as an attahcment to the solicitation posted on the web. The Non-Disclosure and Non-Use Agreement must be signed by an offic ial authorized to legally bind the company. Upon execution of the Non-Disclosure and Non-Use Agreement, return by mail to TACOM-RI, AMSTA-LC-CSC-A, Sheri Gross, Rock Island, IL 61299-7630 or data fax to (309)782-3813, Attn: Sheri Gross. Upon receipt of the signed Non-Disclosure and Non-Use Agreement, a technical data package will then be mailed to the offeror. The solicitation will issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c), therefore, HARD copies will NOT be mailed to the offeror. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil./aais/SOLINFO/inde. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically a s will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in ord er to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the dte and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of s ame.
