- ATTENTION POTENTIAL OFFERORS: This is a market research for potential Internet service providers. 39 Contracting Squadron, 10th Tanker Base, Adana, Turkey is conducting a market research for potential Turkish vendors who can provide Internet services for potential Base residential customers.
