- General Notice: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation F13LSX200701 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document, incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-03. This acquisition is 100 percent set aside for small business; NAIC:336412; Size Std: 1,000. Quotes are to be received by this office NLT 1400 CST on 23 Jan 02. Quotes can be faxed, or e-mailed to the points of contacts listed on this notice. Contract Line Items (CLINs): 0001 CIRCUIT CARD FOR T-56 ENGINE TEST CELL. 5 1/2" X 10 1/2" Circuit Card located inside the electrical "J" Box on the A/M 37T-21D Test Cell. It controls the propeller operation in the normal and synchro phaser mode.
