- This is a combined synopsis/RFQ for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The US Marine Corps Base, Camp LeJeune, NC Is in the process of upgrading existing Surveillance Equipment. The government is seeking the following commercial items: All items are manufacture specific: Milestone XXV Package for 25 Cameras PN-XXVSLCP 1 Each; Camera Wall Mount PN-CM-1450 3 Each; 16 Fused outputs w/power switch and circuit breaker. 120/240 VAC input, 24/28 VAC output, PN-MCS16-20SB 1 each; Coaxial Cable With Power Cables Integrated, 4000 feet; Sanyo Day/Night infrared color cameras. High resolution, 470 HTV, Minimum Luminance down to 0.07 lux at fs.2(B/W) mode (lens not included) PN-VCC-4374, 5 each; Variable focal lens 3.5mm-8mm PN-13VD3.5-8 5 each; Standalone internet video server with 10/100 BaseT auto sensing, 2-rs-232, 4 video and 1 I/O connectors PN-Axis 2400 3 Each; Outdoor Housing & Mount PN-EH3512-2/MT 5 Each; Pelco integrated, motorized 16X variafocal lens s/auto focus camera. ?? CCD, 470 HTV, 24VAC PN-CC1400HZ16-2 3 each; In-Ceiling dome-color/standard resolution camera. Smoked dome with 2.9mm fixed focal length NTSC 4 Each; Web vision System Outdoor pan tilt & zoom web camera, environmentally sealed housing, 360 degree pan PN-WVS-O-PTZ-E 4 each; Pole Mount Adapter PN-EPM 4 Each; Medium Duty Wall Mount PN-EM22 4 Each; Outdoor Housing & Mount PN-EH3512-2/MT 4 each; Sanyo Day/night infrared color camera. Note: All materials must ship at once, no partials will be accepted. The government prefers FOB Destination pricing. If quoting FOB Origin, include city/state and estimated shipping cost. The Government will award a Purchase Order resulting from this combined synopsis/RFQ to the responsible contractor whose quotation, conforming to this RFQ, which is the lowest price, and most advantageous to the Government. Offers shall be evaluated for fair and reasonable price, adherence to applicable clauses, provisions, delivery schedule and satisfactory past performance record. The government anticipates a Firm Fixed Price purchase order. Incorporated provisions and clauses are as follows. FAR Provision 52.212-1, applies to this acquisition. Offer shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offer Representation and Certification-Commercial Items, which may be accessed on the Internet (http:''www.arnet.gov/far/). Additional applicable FAR Clauses: 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.222-3, 52.203-6, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.225-1, 52.225-3, 52.225-13, 52.225-15, 52.232-33, 52.232-34 and GSAM Clause 552.212-71, 552.229-70 apply.
