- Description
- The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is seeking sources sought for General Service Administration (GSA) Management, Organization, and Business Improvement Services (MOBIS) ? Privatization Support Services and Documentation (SIN 874 6) schedule to provide support in accordance with OMB circular A-76 procedures. Support will be required in the following seven areas: 1) Program Management Support, 2) Feasibility Studies and Management Support, 3) Performance Work Statement Development; 4) Proposal Evaluation, 5) Government Most Efficient Organization Documentation Support, 6) Independent Verification and Validation, and 7) Measurement of Performance to assess fulfillment of A76 intent. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued to selected qualified sources with an expeditious turnaround. Interested GSA MOBIS 874 6 contractors are requested to submit three copies of a qualification package and a past performance reference list to Dennis Smiley (A:P:T:S), Contracting Officer, 6009 Oxon Hill Road, Oxon Hill MD 20745 no later than January 22, 2002. It is requested the qualification packages contain no more than 3 pages of general or background information. Each package may also contain 1 page of specific information for each of the seven areas in which your company wants to be considered. In addition to the information provided by your qualification package, provide a total of five past performance references of similar contracts that have been completed within the past four years. References should include a point of contact for both the contractual and technical disciplines, a brief statement of the scope of work, contract duration and total dollar amount. Contractors should identify any information they consider to be sensitive or proprietary. Teaming arrangements and mentoring prot?g? programs are encouraged. The IRS will not be responsible for returning materials.
