- Description
- The 22nd ARW requires Military Family Housing Maintenance services at McConnell AFB in Kansas. The successful contractor shall perform maintenance services for 589 units to include all interior and exterior components of Military Faimily Housing units and facilities to achieve a safe and serviceable standard in accordance with the technical specifications and the customs and practices of the trade and equipment manufacturer's maintenance recommendations. The estimated contract period is October 1, 2002 through September 30, 2007. The Government requests interested parties who are 8(a) certified and HUBZone certified to respond to the point of contact to allow the Government to plan for the acquisition competition. The NAICS code for the procurement is 235990. This request is for information only; it does not constitute a proposal and does not obligate the Government in any way. Responses a due no later than close of business January 25, 2002.
