Description
This acquisition is for the following item(s). Item 0001 NSN: 6220-01-392-9841JQ, P/N: 2755-0309-2, Noun: Electric Light Control, item(s) applicable to HH/MH60G Helicopter. FUNC: Controls Strobe Light, MAT: Electrical components. The basic quantity range is 1-204 each. There will be two (2) out year options with a quantity range of 1-68 each for Option I and 1-63 each for Option II. Estimated total quantity three-hundred-thirty-five (335) each. No technical data is available for manufacturing. Destination: Robins AFB GA 31098, Delivery is 120 each 31 Jan 2003. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. See WEB page at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ . To BAE Systems, Integrated Defense Solutions Inc., (CAGE 19397), 6500 Tracor Ln, Austin TX 78725-2070, Justification: 10 U.S.C. 2304 ? (1), Only One or a Limited number of Responsible Sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and or to communicate concerns, if any concerning this acquisition. If your concerns are not satisfied by the contracting officer, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or the contracting officer, but to communicate serious contactor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentially as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals in the source selection process.
