Description

This is a sources sought notice for Luke AFB air show. Luke Days 2002 is scheduled for March 23rd and 24th, 2002. Hours of operation will be 0800 to 1730 on the 23rd and 0800 to 1500 on the 24th. We are working closely with the City of Glendale to make this a successful event. This process cannot occur until the successful concessionaire is chosen. Award will be based on the highest percentage of gross receipts payable to the NAF and amount of the minimum guarantee. The contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award. Contractors may register in the CCR by visiting the CCR website at www.ccr2000.com. Offers shall be submitted in writing and received no later than 4:00 p.m. local time on 28 Jan 02. Arizona does not observe daylight savings time. 1. The Concessionaire will pay to the Luke AFB Services Division the following: a. Guaranteed minimum $________________ and, b. ____%, on total sales beyond the guaranteed amount. 2. As the Concessionaire you will be required to comply with the Statement of Work and answer (1) and (2) below: (1) What, condiments would be provided to customer at no charge? (2) What, if any condiments would be sold to the customer?
