- Solicitation Number SP0450-02-R-1425, ARG01319054600, NSN 6850-01-435-6471, Deicing-Defrosting and Anti-Icing Fluid, IAW SAE/AMS 1424D, Type I Dated 01213, Shelf Life 12 Months. Total Quantity of 656,000 Gallons. Line Item 0001-0035, Quantity 5,000, 50,000 Gallons. 13 Days ARO, FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance is Destination. First Delivery Order 30 Days ARO/ Solicitation is Restricted to Small Businesses. Anticipate a RTC, RFP. Solicitation will result in a RTC for (1) Year with an Option to Extend for 3 Additional Years. Does not contain Progress Payments or EPA Provisions. COS is Y, Therefore will Solicit IAW FAR Part 12. Will be delivered in Bulk to 35 Different Direct Vendor Deliveries. Delivery will be 13 Days ARO to meet DLA Recommendations. Full and Open Competition after Exclusion of Sources. No Surge Requirement Necessary. Fast Pay will be up to $100,000.00. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the Solicitation.
