- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Far Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation F62321-02-Q-S024 is issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-03. This acquisition is unrestricted. Contract line items (CLINS): 0001 Pillow Ticking, Feather and Down Proof, Mfr: Harris Pillow Supply Inc., P/N 1013, 100 ea. Per box, quantity of 300 boxes, 100% New Cotton, Size: Standard 19? x 26?, Color: Blue w/ White Stripes (or equal). If quoting an or equal product please provide Mfr, Part Number, and Brand Name. (CLINS): 0002 Feather, Crushed and Curled Duck, Mfr: Harris Pillow Supply Inc., P/N 2080, Color: White, 5 lb bag, 4 bags per box, quantity of 250 boxes (or equal). If quoting an or equal product please provide Mfr, Part Number, and Brand Name. (CLINS): 0003 Shipping. Please provide shipping cost for direct shipment to APO, AP 96368-5135 and provide shipping cost to Travis AFB, 94535 and Tracy, CA, 95376.
