- Description
- New Cooling Towers at the Internal Revenue Service , Andover MA. Work is to include but not limited to furnishing all labor, equipment, materials and supervision to remove existing 2 cell cooling tower and associated pumps and replace with new stainless steel 2 cell cooloing tower with high efficinecy water pumps. Work shall include abatement and proper disposal of asbestos transite panels on the existing tower. there is some minor site work required to accomodate size of new towers. Work to be performed prior to begining of the cooling season. All work shall be complete in every respect and shall include all items necessary for a complete installation. This Procurement is open to both large and small business. The cost range of this procurement is $250,000.00 to $500,000.00. Estimated issue date is 1/25/02. Bid Due date will be on or about 2/27/02. This Solicitation is available only on the internet at http://eps.gov/. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this site for the release of the IFB and amendments (if any) and the offeror is responsible for downloading their own copy of the IFB and amendments. Plans may be requested via fax at (617)565-7145. Requests for plans must be faxed on company letterhead and must include a copy of one of the following three forms of identification; 1) Business License, 2) DUNS Number or 3) Valid State Drivers License.
