Description

U.S. Government Seeks Expression of Interest for New Leased Construction on a Pre-Selected Site in Woodlawn, Maryland Location: The General Services Administration has an assignable purchase option on approximately 10 acres of land at: Windsor Corporate Park 2600 Lord Baltimore Drive Woodlawn, Maryland The property is at the corner of Tudsbury Road and Lord Baltimore Drive. Amount: The Government is seeking interested developers to design and construct a new facility on the aforementioned site. Approximately 131,200 rentable square feet of office and related space is required. Rentable space must yield approximately 114,100 BOMA office area (usable) square feet available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings and equipment. Approximately 175 on-site parking spaces in a secured parking structure are required. Required: This shall be a fully-serviced lease. Term: Occupancy of the space is required by December 2003. The lease term shall be ten (10) years with two (2) renewal options of five (5) years each.
