- This publication serves as a notice of intent to acquire technical writing and legal analyses services in support in preparing Employee Reports of Inventions and draft patent applications for the EPA, Office of Transportation and Air Quality's National Vehicle and Fuels Emission Laboratory, Advanced Technology Division in Ann Arbor, MI. The EPA is continuing its Clean Automotive Technology program to develop advanced clean and fuel efficient automotive technology and as a result, major technical breakthrough have occurred and EPA needs support in preparing Employee Reports of Inventions and draft patent applications. The tasks involved are patent search and analyses, drafting reports of inventions, patent drawings, and draft patent applications. Travel to Ann Arbor, MI will also be required. This requirement is solicited as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5. Please contact Elizabeth Faykus (513) 487-2011 for a copy of the Request for Proposal.
