Description

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is soliciting sources for four (10 day) Basic Supervisory Training Courses: Dates: March 4 thru March 15, 2002 (10 days). Dates: June 17 thru June 28, 2002 (10 days). Dates: August 19 thru August 30, 2002 (10 days). Dates September 23 thru October 4, 2002 (see attached statement of work). The simplified acquisition procedures set forth in FAR parts 12 and 13 acquisition shall be used. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; a written request for quotation will not be issued. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses (see numbered note 1). The applicable North American Industry Classification system (NAICS) code 541612, with annual receipts of $5.0 million. The resulting purchase order shall be firm fixed price. The basis for award shall be price. All interested small businesses are requested to submit a written quotation, which will be is considered by the agency. Quotations may be submitted on a SF1449, SF18 or on company letterhead. Quotations shall include the RFQ number, the proposed unit price, the proposed extended price, any prompt payment discount terms, company name, point of contact, address, phone number, tax identification number, DUNS number, size status (that is, small business, disadvantaged business or woman owned business). Quotations are due by 2:00 P.M. on January 17, 2002. Quotation may be mailed to the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP), Office of procurement, Attn: Rosa Lee, 14th and C Street, S.W., Washington, D.
