- NA Provide all labor, management, equipment, supplies and materials to perform quarterly and semi-annual preventative maintenance and routine maintenance and repair service for Material Handling Equipment at Fort Polk. The proposed contract will result in a Firm Fixed Price Requirements Contract with a 12-month base year and two option years. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC)for this acquisition is 7699; NAICS code is 81131 and business side s tandard is $5 million. When requesting this solicitation, please provide your Commercial and Government Entity (Cage)Code, Dunn and Bradstreet (DUNS) number and business size. No contract will be awarded to any contractor who is not registered in the Cen tral Contractor's Registration (CCR). Instructions for registration can be found at the following web site www.ccr.gov.
