- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION36th CONTRACTING SQUADRON/LGCBANDERSEN AFB, GUAM This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. GENERAL INFORMATION Solicitation Number: F64133-02-R-0001 Title: Grounds and Landscape Maintenance Service Request for Quotation (RFQ) Request for Proposal (RFP) X Invitation for Bid (IFB) This solicitation and the incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-27. This acquisition is set-aside for small businesses only. Large businesses may not submit an offer. North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS): 561730 Size Standard: 500 employees This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will be included. This acquisition is set-aside and reserved exclusively for small business concerns. If no acceptable offers are receive from responsible small business concerns, the set-aside shall be withdrawn and the requirement, if still valid, shall be re-solicited on an unrestricted basis. (Reference FAR Part 19) The applicable NAICS is 561730. The maximum average annual receipts for each of the last three years cannot exceed $5 million. Site visit will be on 25 Jan 02, 9:00 -12:00 A.M., meeting place: 36 Contracting Squadron, Bldg. 17000. If your company's representative is attending the site visit, please provide us the name of individual, company name, phone number no later than 4:00 P.M. Guam time on 24 Jan 02, Any questions or clarifications prior to the given site visit date must be provided in writing, and after the site visit all questions and clarification, this office must receive it no later than 4:00 P.M. Guam time by 28 Jan 02. This office must receive your proposal by 11 Feb 02, if all the questions and clarifications are answered, along with you're past performance evaluation questionnaires, no later than 4:00 P.M.
