- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.This solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 97-20. The solicitation number is F34601-01-Q-53841. The solicitation is a request for quotation (RFQ). Closing date for quotations will be received at the issuing office until 3:00 PM on 28 Jan 2002.
