- Description
- Non-personal Services to provide all labor, vehicles, equipment, tools, materials and supervision necessary to perform Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping at Luke AFB, AZ. These tasks include (but not limited to) the following: Grounds Maintenance - Maintain landscaping, erosion control, vegetation control, tree planting, irrigation, policing grounds, and pest control. Landscaping ? Establish new lawn or desert landscaping areas. Must furnish materials, labor and equipment. Ditch Maintenance (an estimated 50,000 linear feet). Sprinkler maintenance to include repair/replacement of sprinkler heads. Emergency service (an estimated 200 man-hours/yr). Special Appearance Maintenance (i.e. sports playing fields that do not contain flowers, shrubs and hedges). Total (approx) acreage of grass/desert maintenance is 1500 acres/mo. Pruning (approx) 1000 shrubs. Policing of grounds (approx) 500 acres. Miscellaneous workload (approx) 300 acres/month. This requisition will result in a firm-fixed price contract with a basic contract period and 4 options. The proposed acquisition listed herein is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS is 56173/$5 mil and the SIC is 0782/$5 mil.
