- NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF SOLICITATION PACKAGE: Services Nonpersonal: Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to provide lease and maintenance of washers and dryers at Keesler AFB, MS, in accordance with the Statement of Work. Period of performance is: Basic - 01 Mar 2002 through 30 Sep 2002; 1st Option Period - 01 Oct 2002 through 30 Sep 2003 (additional equipment will be added in Apr 2003, also); 2nd Option Period - 01 Oct 2003 through 31 Jul 2004; 3rd Option Period - 01 Aug 2004 through 30 Sep 2004. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. All responsible small businesses, capable of performing this service, are encouraged to submit an offer. The applicable NAICS/Size Standard is 53221/$5.0M. Offers from Large businesses will not be considered. The government intends to make award in the form of a fixed-price contract. The issue date of the solicitation is 11 Jan 2002 and is available for download at www.fedbizopps.gov. The solicitation close date is scheduled for 24 Jan 2002. All offerors are responsible for enrolling in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) prior to being eligible for any government award.
