- Description
- The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to award a purchase order for commercial items to Amgraf, Inc. The order will provide maintenance services for MECCA III software and hardware products. Vendors who can provide the required services at prices, terms and conditions equal to or better than those which can be provided by Amgraf should submit clear and convincing data in writing substantiating an ability to furnish this requirement. Responses to this notice must be received by this office within 3 days of the date of publication of this synopsis. Any responses should be sent to: Internal Revenue Service, National Office Procurement, 6009 Oxon Hill Road, Room 700, Oxon Hill, MD 20745, Attn: Leona M. Brown, A:P:I:E. Responses will be accepted by facsimile at (202)283-0610. Facsimile responses must contain signatures, arrive at the place and by the time specified in this synopsis and may not exceed 5 pages. The Government will not be responsible for any failure attributable to the transmission or receipt of any facsimile information. No solicitation document exists for this requirement. Requests for same will be considered non-responsive. The reference number for this announcement is W-2-W1-1C-CC-E01. If no compelling responses are received, award will be made to Amgraf, Inc.
