- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, NJ intends to acquire through other than full and open competition Engineering and Logistics services with BellAero, Fort Worth, TX. The required services are as follows: The offeror shall perform engineering, logistics support and related services in support of the V-22 Support Equipment (SE) program. Provide customer liaison including but not limited to support equipment performance, quality deficiency reports, field service reports, beneficial suggestions and demonstrations, and investigation of equipment problems using laboratory and field analysis. Participate in SE program implementation reviews that focus on technical approach, outfitting sites and in-service performance reviews. Assess compatibility of Government Furnished Support Equipment with V-22 aircraft systems or subsystems that the SE supports. The period of performance shall be 12 calendar months. The Government believes that only one responsible source can provide the services that will satisfy the Government requirements. This synopsis constitutes the total solicitation. There will be no other formal Request for Proposals (RFPs), or other information regarding these requirements.
