Description

NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement consititutes the only solicitation; proposals are b eing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number DADA16-01-T-0037, is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 97-21. Requirement is for a MALIS CMC-III Bipolar cutting and bipolar coagulation system and Synergy Malis Precision Bipolar Coagulator and Rhoton Bipolar Forceps. This solicitation will be evaluated based on experience/technical capability, past experience/per formance and price. This acquisition incorporates the following FAR Clauses: 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS-COMMERCIAL ITEMS (OCT 95); 52.212-3 REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS; ETC, which must also be completed and submitted along with the proposal. Copy of the solicitation is available on FACNET and at http://acquistion.army.mil/default.htm. ALL OFFERS ARE DUE BY 4:00 P.M. PACIFIC STANDARD TIME ON FRIDAY, JANUARY 18, 2002.
