- Description
- The Area Attack System Program Office, Air Armament Center (AAC), Eglin AFB, Florida plans to host Industry Days on behalf of the Precision Guided Munitions Planning Software (PGMPS) Program on January 30th and 31st, 2002 starting at 8:00am. The Industry Days will be conducted in Bldg 1, Conference Room 204 on Eglin AFB. A preliminary Government presentation will take place in the morning of the first day followed by separate one-hour, one-on-one sessions with each interested contractor depending on scheduled times. The purpose of this event will be to disseminate Government intentions and expectations to potential contractors participating in a competitive, best value acquisition for PGMPS. This is not a Request for Proposal or Invitation for Bid. Additionally, it is not the Government?s intention to enter into a contract based on this notice or otherwise pay for information solicited. It is requested that each contractor limit the number of Industry Day participants to no more than five individuals. Accordingly, please submit your visitor request forms no later than three working days prior to the meeting. If you did not respond to the previous Sources Sought Synopsis, please submit requests for draft documents to Lt Skipper below.
