Description

To all quoters: RFQ 69D-070-02, issued by the Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) on January 14, 2002, to provide Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) services for the VA Iron Mountain, Michigan in the upper peninsula of Michigan and Northern Wisconsin. Anticipated performance period start date is February 22, 2002. All Quotations should be received in the issuing office no later than close of business, 4:30PM Central, February 06, 2002. Synopsis: The GLAC is soliciting quotations to provide VA Iron Mountain, Michigan Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) Services for its beneficiaries in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and Northern Wisconsin for a period of one year (start approx. February 22, 2002). This requirement has three additional one-year performance periods at the option of the Government. The required services include the furnishing of fluids, equipment, personnel, and related supplies and services by the Offeror. Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation will be available on or about January 14, 2002. Electronic solicitation may be obtained FREE at the following URL: http://www.va.gov/oa&mm/busopp/sols.htm. Requests for hard copy solicitation must be in writing to the Contracting Officer at the GLAC and accompanied by a check for $5.00 made out to the Department of Veterans Affairs. No telephone requests will be accepted. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments. This acquisition is for non-personal services only. Contract type is firm fixed-price.
