- Description
- Contractor will be required to provide one (1) acceptable board certified Anesthesiology physician to perform all anesthesia services including open heart and pain management. Contractor will be required to have an Anesthesiology physicians on staff at the time of award. Physician will be required to work a 40 hour work week and on-call weekdays and weekends. Rates will be inclusive of any and all air fare, housing, car rental and malpractice insurance. The procurement is unrestricted. NAICS Code 612999, Size Standard $7.5 Million. Request for solicitation sealed-bid package must be in writing and can be faxed to the Contracting Officer at (504)589-5289. Bid package will be available on or about 1/28/02. Bid opening will be 02/28/02 @ 2:00 p.m. Location VA Medical Center, 1601 Perdido Street, New Orleans, LA., building #2, 4th floor, room 405.
