- It is anticipated that a non-competitive sole source purchase order will be issued for this item to: Johnston Boiler Co., 300 Pine Street, Ferrysburg, MI or an authorized distributor for the following Item 1: Boiler, Steam, High, Boiler Shell Pressure Vessel, Consisting of: Boiler Cylindrical Shell, tube sheets, Tubes, Combustion Chambers, Front and Rear Flue Boxes, Shell Connection, Flue Doors, Support Saddles, Insulation and Sheet Metal Casing, and ASME/National Board Certification. This assembly is minus the fuel burning equipment, controls, piping, and trim. NSN 4410-01-484-5291, MFG: Johnston Boiler Co. Qty 1 each Material will be packaged and marked IAW ELC Packaging requirements (ASTM-D-3951). Material will be delivered FOB destination to USCG ELC Receiving Room, Bldg 86, 2401 Hawkins Point Rd, Baltimore, MD 21226 NOTE: NO DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS OR SCHEMATICS ARE AVAILABLE FROM THIS AGENCY. This is a combined CBD/Synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Requests for packaging instructions should be made to Kathy Lobasso 410-762-6494. Quotation shall include, proposed delivery in days, pricing for item individually packed, marked and bar-coded, the company Tax Information Number and DUNS Number. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. This is a firm fixed price contract and will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This award is 100% Set Aside for Small Business. ATTENTION: Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs)! The department of Transportation (DOT), Short-Term Lending Program (STLP) offers working capital financing in the form of lines of credit to finance accounts receivable for transportation related contracts.
