- Description
- The Federal Correctional Complex, Coleman Florida, intends to issue solicitation RFQ 30211-0020-2 for the requirements of: Nylon Windbreakers with flannel lining, snap front closure, 2 front pockets, and drawstring waist. Color- Brown Only. Sizes ranging from Large through 10X Large. This Solicitation is restricted 100% to small business. FOB Destination delivery will be required by March 1, 2002 to Federal Correctional Complex, 846 NE 54th Terrace, Coleman, Florida, 33521. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government with past performance and price considered , pricing being rated higher than past performance. The solicitation will be made available on or about January 16, 2002, and will be posted to the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website, http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to insure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is February 1, 2002. Payment will be made using Electronic funds Transfer (EFT). Each offeror must include a completed copy of the FAR Provisions at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications (May 2001) with its offer to be considered responsible.
