- The U.S. General Services Administration is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 10,000 of rentable square feet of first class, high-quality office space. the rentalbe office space must yield a minimum 8,500 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet. Offered properties must be located within the following delineated area: ATLANTIC COUNTY, NEW JERSEY Lease Term: 18 months w/cancellation rights after 6 months Sumbissions by other than the owner of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
