- The Naval Inventory Control Point (NAVICP) intends to award a sole source purchase order to Paragon Consulting Services, Inc., 3490 Board Road, P.O. Box 3726, York, PA 17402 for the procurement of Lotus Notes R5 support. Only one responsbile source will satisfy agency requirements due to the fact that Paragon Consulting developed the initial prototype for the work to be performed and, therefore, possesses the detailed understanding of the system to finish development and implement the full production version without uninterrupted service to the Naval Inventory Control Point. A labor hour type contract will be awarded.
