- Description
- The Naval Inventory Control Point (NAVICP) intends to award a sole source purchase order to Paragon Consulting Services, Inc., 3490 Board Road, P.O. Box 3726, York, PA 17402 for the procurement of Lotus Notes R5 support. Only one responsible source will satisfy agency requirements due to the fact that Paragon Consulting developed the initial prototype for the work to be performed and will be able to provide uninterrupted service required by the Naval Inventory Control Point. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). A firm fixed price contract will be awarded.
