- NA HQ Operations Support Command intends to award a Firm Fixed Price type contract for copier services on a Cost-Per-Copy basis for Watervliet Arsenal, Watervliet, NY. The contractor shall provide all equipment, maintenance and repair of equipment, all suppl ies (except paper), labor and training of key personnel. Contract shall be for one base year beginning March 1, 2002 and include four one years options. Approximate issue date is 15 Jan 2002. Closing date will be approximately 15 days from the date of is suance. It will be the responsibility of the contractor s to check these web sites for the issuing and any changes to the solicitation.
