- NA This proposed acquisition is for Repair and Return of four (4) each Control Units, NSN: 2995-01-363-8091. Authority Cited: Statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition for this requirement is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by paragraph 6.302-1 of the Federal Acquisition Regulatin (FAR), entitled Only one responsible source or only a limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This action is sole source to Honeywell I nternational, 1330 West Warner Road, Tempe, AZ. 85285, who is the manufacturer of the items. Point of contact is Sarah Abston at (256)876-1160.
