- Reference original CBD Publication dated 01 January 2000. BAA 00-02-IFKA is amended as follows: The DESCRIPTION paragraph, line 8 on page 1 of the announcement is hereby amended to read as follows: "clear and covert environment for the early to mid 2000's time period" in lieu of "early 2000's time period". The final date for submission of white papers is hereby changed to add the following: In order to be considered for FY03 award, white papers must be received by 15 August 2002. In order to be considered for FY04 award, white papers must be received by 15 August 2003. AFRL/IF has budgeted approximately $250K in FY03. Additional funding will be available in FY04. Currently, AFRL/IF has not budgeted any funding for FY02. Most FY03 awards are expected O/A 30 March 2003. The Ombudsman for this acquisition is hereby amended to read: Linda Reed, Deputy Chief, Contracting Division, AFRL/IFK at (315) 330-7748 in lieu of Vincent Palmiero. This BAA is open and effective until 11 January 2004. Therefore, this notice has been extended twenty-four (24) months. All other information remains unchanged.
