- Description
- Provide A/E Services for the development of project through contract documents and construction period services, for Domiciliary Programs Consolidation Project, No. 674-206, in accordance with A/E Submissions Instructions. Allow approximately one hundred days (120) calendar days for completion. Estimated Construction Cost range $1,250,000 to $1,500,000. This notice is for submission of 254s and 255s from interested/qualified A/E firms located within a 200 mile radius of Olin E. Teague Veterans' Center, Temple, Bell County, Texas. Responses must be submitted by 02-15-2002 by close of business 430p.m. and will only be accepted from small business firms. See numbered notes 1 and 24.
