- Description
- Contractor will provide all labor, materials, and professional supervision necessary to accomplish Home Oxygen Services for Alexandria, LA, New Orleans, LA and Biloxi, MS. This solicitation is unrestricted. NAICS Code 621610, Size Standard 10.0 Million. Contractor will have the option to provide proposals for 1,2 or all stations. Contractor must have in place at the time proposals are submitted JCAHO accreditation in Home Respiratory Care in the area they are interested in. Request for solicitation package must be in writing and can be faxed to the Contracting Officer at (504) 589-5284. Specifications will be availabe on or about 1/31/02. Proposals will be due 03/01/02 by 2:00 p.m.
