- Description
- Provide Architect-Engineer Services to complete the design of a project for replacement of boilers located in Building 10, VAMC, Fayetteville, Arkansas, and replacement of underground steam lines. Design considerations will include, but not necessarily be limited to, boiler size; boiler location; energy management system; structure (if required); roof (if required); walls and doors (if required); floor coverings (if required); lighting and electrical outlets; communications including telephones, computer systems, alarms, etc.; plumbing and fixtures; fire alarms; fire sprinkler; continued Medical Center operation during construction. Evaluation consideration will be as follows: (1) Specialized experience of the firm with similar contracts; (2) Past record of performance on similar contracts; (3) Geographic location and facilities of the working office; (4) Specific experience and qualificaitons of personnel proposed for assignment to the project. Firms desiring consideration should submit an SF 254 and SF 255 on or before February 25, 2002. Award of contract is subject to availability of funds. This is not a Request for Proposal.
