- Closing Agent Services for single family properties owned by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in the States of Colorado and Wyoming. HUD intends to award two contracts, one for each geographical area. Contract duration will be one year with options for three additional years. Proposals are requested on an unrestricted basis; however the RFP contains a cascading preference for award to small business first and large business second. The NAICS code is 541191. Request for Proposals R-DEN-01710 will be available for download approximately 15 days after publication of this notice on HUD's Contracting Opportunities site at http://www.hud.gov/offices/cpo/index.cfm. Please no telephone requests. Potential offerors who download copies of solicitations from HUD's Contracting Opportunities site will NOT automatically receive any amendments to those solicitations.
