- Description
- This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract to the National Violence Prevention and Study Center (NVPSC). The NVPSC, in conjunction with the U.S. Secret Service National Threat Assessment Center (USSS/NTAC), will be required to provide training on the Threat Assessment/Safe Schools Climate Guide; provide training, conduct reasearch, write follow-up articles and publications, and develop teaching and training materials in the areas of threat assessment and the prevention of targeted violence. This requirement will be awarded based on Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302. This notice is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation of offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See CBD Note 22 - 45 days is changed to read 10 days.
