- NA This requirement is for a firm-fixed price requirements contract to provide non-personal, paraprofessional military and general test examination services for the Fort Bliss Education Center in support of the Army Continuing Education Services (ACES) progra m. The period of performance will be 1 April 2002 through 31 March 2003 with options for four additional years. This solicitation is open for full competition and all responsible sources may submit a proposal. The tentative issue date is 11 January 2002 . The cost for a copy of this solicitation is $20.00 and must be submitted in the form of a money order or cashier?s check, made payable to Disbursing Officer. Company and/or personal checks will not be accepted. Any requests sent by an express service, such as Fed-Ex, must be sent to Directorate of Contracting, Attn: Troy Loge, 2021 Club Road, Fort Bliss, TX 79916-6812.
