- NA Reference the sources sought of 17 Oct 01, this is to inform interested parties that the U.S. Army Space Command, Space Electronic Warfare Detachment/Big Crow Program Office, at Kirtland AFB, NM, will not proceed to publish a requirement to support the pro ject entitled ?Big Crow Electronic Warfare/Electromagnetics General Support.? No request for proposal will be synopsized at this time. The current contracts with EWA/JV and Syndetix, Inc. are being extended for a period of two years. A Justification and Approval has been approved for a temporary extension of these two contracts due to real world activities. It is anticipated that this requirement will be competed during 2003.
